Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

This is a legal agreement between you and GigSync LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). GigSync LLC is a Colorado Limited Liability Company headquartered at 3721 Hourglass Avenue, Castle Rock, CO 80109-3733. By accessing our website or downloading our mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the included EULA.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account and "Freemium" Model

We provide our applications under a "freemium" sales model.

  •  

    Free Tiers: Users may access core functionality for a single band (GigSync™) or visualize their fragmented content library (MeditationSync™) at no cost.

  •  

    Premium "Pro" Subscriptions: To unlock advanced features—including multiple band management, unlimited scheduling, custom playlists, and advanced analytics—users must upgrade to a paid subscription.

  •  

    Billing: Premium upgrades are processed as monthly or annual subscriptions (or one-time Pro purchases) directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

4. End User License Agreement (EULA)

4.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, GigSync LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the GigSync™ and MeditationSync™ applications on your personal mobile devices.

4.2 Intellectual Property Restrictions

Our most valuable assets are our intellectual property, including the proprietary source code for our applications and our registered trademarks. You agree not to:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the applications.

  • Sublicense, lease, or distribute the software to third parties.

  • Bypass any security measures or feature locks implemented within the apps.

5. User Content

For the MeditationSync™ application, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to the audio content you consolidate within the platform. GigSync LLC does not provide the meditation content itself; we provide the tool to unify your existing purchased content.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as-is." GigSync LLC utilizes Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for backend hosting to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Douglas County, Colorado.
